My pain went away after about 8 appointments and following the instructions they gave me for exercises and stretches at home. I find that the pain does come back when I slack, but when I get back on track everything is fine. The one tip I would give is make an appointment in the morning if you want to be seen on time. The wait times get longer towards the end of the day. The staff are super friendly and I do go back for occasional “tune ups”.
