Dr. George Miskovic is a first generation American with parents from the former Yugoslavia. He graduated from the University of Western States (formerly Western States Chiropractic College) in 2003 with his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He practiced in Northern Idaho until taking a position at Midway Chiropractic of Des Moines Washington in May of 2009. He is board certified with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (2003).
Dr. George Miskovic is certified in Active Release Techniques®, Graston Technique, FAKTR provider and is a graduate of Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology. He utilizes stretching, spine manipulation, extremity manipulation, joint mobilization, cold laser therapy (Erchonia and Microlight ML830), non-surgical lumbar disc decompression with the DRX9000TM, non-surgical cervical disc decompression, and Kinesio/Rock Tape.
In his fifteen years of practice he has had experience with personal injury patients, work injury patients, sports injury patients, Medicare patients, and private insurance patients. He has participated in the Integrative Health Clinic at Oregon Health and Science University (2003); he treated Ironman Athletes at the Coeur d’Alene Ironman (2004-2008); he was the Team Chiropractor for the State Line Miners a GNFA Minor League Football Team (2007); he was the Team Lion’s Den Chiropractor in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho (2008-2009); he was the Ringside Physician for PFA – Ultimate Cage Fighting at the Knitting Factory Spokane, Washington (2008-2009); and he has experience testifying in court.
Dr. George Miskovic is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and Washington State Chiropractic Association.
